Please note that the online prescription ordering service has changed and before you can order repeat prescriptions online you will need to go to the Prescriptions tab above and 'register' for online services by completing and submitting a signed copy of the form to the practice.
Our dedicated team are here to treat minor illnesses as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. We offer appointments outside normal working hours and guarantee to see you the same day if your medical problem requires it.Through this website, you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or book or cancel an appointment.

This partnership philosophy extends further and our active patient participation group exists to make sure that patient needs and the practice offering are always heading in the same direction. The practice is a member of Bury Clinical Commissioning Group.
The practice has an accessible toilet and parking and there is an attached free car park for the use of patients.
Accessible Information Standards
The practie aims to meet information or communication requirements and should you have specific needs please raise these with a member of the practice team. We have access to interpreter services, a hearing loop system available in the surgery and information leaflets are available in alternative format and languages if required.
