Noticeboard

After serving over 30 years dedicated service to the practice, Dr John Hampson is due to retire at the end of June 2019.  We would like to wish him well for a long and happy future.  If anyone would like to send their good wishes we have a message book on the reception desk.  Thank you

We are experiencing high demand of calls over the telephone and we would encourage patients to access appointments and request prescriptions via online services if possible.

It is also important that you continue to book appointments with the surgery/branch you are registered at as we will not have the facility to book appointments for you at any of our other surgeries/branches until later in the Autumn.

We will keep you updated in relation to this exciting development as our systems progress.

WE WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR CONTINUED PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING WITH OUR STAFF

THANK YOU AS ALWAYS AND APOLOGIES FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE CAUSED
