The new service will offer far more appointments and will allow you to request repeat prescriptions from a list of your authorized repeat medication. Further online services will become available in due course. Before you can access the new services, you will need to register with the practice for online services. Please complete this form and bring it in to our reception in person so that your application may be processed and we can issue with the details that you will need. The new services are now available for registered users and we have now closed the existing appointments service. For the time being, you can still order repeat prescriptions on the existing website, but shortly, prescription ordering will also only be available to registered users on the new service. We will be launching an entirely new website over the coming weeks and we would be grateful for your feedback on our new web services. You can locate the medical centre using this map. We have designed this website to be both a source of information about the practice and the services that it offers, and also to to allow you to communicate with the practice, via the internet 24 hours per day. We have an Online Repeat Prescription Ordering System. Of course you may still order repeat prescriptions in the usual way. You may Register as a New Patient at this medical centre using the Registration link. If you are already registered then you may use this form to notify us of Address and Name Changes.
